Kadeeja Whyte is the Director of Human Resources and Administrative Operations for Segal Trials. She joined Segal Trials in 2018 and has 10+ years of experience in Human Resources management. As a certified HR professional, her expertise lies in talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic human resource planning.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in health administration and a certification through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is involved in various HR leadership seminars and showcases, refining her skill set in innovative HR systems and trends. Kadeeja is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking and a well-developed workforce.

As the Director of HR & Admin Operations, she works collaboratively with departmental leaders in developing strategies to support human capital needs and processes throughout the organization.
