Since our 2003 inception, Segal Trials has made significant strides in addiction research. With over 76 successful Phase I-IV inpatient and outpatient studies, we have contributed to advancing knowledge and treatment options for addiction. Types of Addiction Studies
This study evaluates the safety, effectiveness, and tolerability of two different dosages of the opioid use disorder (OUD) medication, SUBLOCADE® (extended-release buprenorphine). SUBLOCADE is currently approved to suppress withdrawal signs and symptoms in patients who have opioid use disorder.
This study provides information about the best maintenance dosage of SUBLOCADE for those who are seeking treatment for opioid use disorder and have high-risk opioid use and designed for those who struggle with dependency on prescription and non-prescription opioid drugs, such as:
- Codeine
- Morphine
- Oxycodone
- Hydrocodone
- Heroin
- Fentanyl
This study is a single-dose, for participants with moderate or severe Opioid Use disorder (OUD). This study is to find the best maintenance dosage of SUBLOCADE for those who are seeking treatment for opioid use disorder and have high-risk opioid use. Designed for those who struggle with dependency on prescription and non-prescription opioid drugs, such as:
- Codeine
- Morphine
- Oxycodone
- Hydrocodone
- Heroin
- Fentanyl
No matter how cocaine is taken, it is dangerous. Some of the most common serious problems include
- Heart problems, including heart attacks
- Respiratory effects, including respiratory failure
- Nervous system problems, including strokes
- Digestive problems
This study is for participants who want to decrease their use or intake of Cannabis. The study evaluates in treatment-seeking patients with cannabis use disorder to assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of an investigational drug to reducing cannabis use.
This clinical study evaluates the safety and efficacy of an investigation medication for patients who are moderate-to-severe cocaine users.
