Dancing Through ADHD

There can be several methods that can help a person living with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). In Pierson Feeney’ case, dance was his calling and is currently helping him with his symptoms. This 11-year boy looks forward to going to the Gulf Coast School of Performing Arts after school where he dances a variety of genres including ballet, hip-hop, and ballroom. Growing up with ADHD from age 9, Feeney’s family found that his symptoms were hard on him and his family. Now his love of dance helps him get out his frustration and he has transformed before his family’s eyes. Click here to watch a video about Pierson Feeney’s transformation or watch it below.
